About us
An independent mold inspection and testing service
24H Mold Testing inspects and tests properties for mold and moisture in Anaheim and throughout Orange County. We do not perform remediation — so the answers you get are not tied to selling you a job.
How we work
Independent by design
We do not sell mold removal or remediation. Our only product is accurate findings, so there is no reason to overstate a problem.
Evidence over guesswork
Findings are backed by moisture readings, photographs, and — when warranted — samples analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory.
Available around the clock
Water problems do not keep business hours. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Local service area
Based in Anaheim and serving communities across Orange County. We come to you — there are no walk-in appointments.
Why separate testing from remediation?
When the company that finds the mold is also the company that removes it, the size of the problem and the size of the invoice are linked. Separating the two gives you an unbiased scope, lets you compare contractor bids on equal terms, and allows an independent check once work is done.
That is why our services run from first inspection through written remediation protocols and post-remediation clearance testing — but never the remediation itself.
